Blindcrake Soft Blue Cows kg Blindcrake is an unpasteurised soft blue cow cheese made from milk supplied by local farms. It has a piquant flavour and a soft creamy texture. Because of the creaminess of this cheese, the “blue” is found only on the outside of the cheese – so eat the rind! V, U
